Documentation is handled in house by the proprietor personally: LC checking, bill of lading, certificate of origin and GSP documentation. It does not go out to an agent.

Nine steps in the order they happen. The numbering is the sequence, not decoration.

Send a tech pack, or a sketch, or a sample garment. We work from any of the three.
Factory selection
We shortlist from around 20 partner factories in Narayanganj, Fatullah, Gazipur, Savar, Ashulia, Dhaka, and confirm the social compliance certificate is current at that point.
Costing
We cost the style and negotiate the price. Yarn, fabric and trim are sourced and priced at the same time.
Development
Development
Development samples are made free of charge in our own sample room. Print and embroidery strike offs and accessory approvals run alongside. Allow 20 working days.
Order confirmation
You confirm on a commission on FOB, or you buy from us directly as the seller. Payment by LC at sight, usance LC, TT advance, DP or DA.
Production
Yarn and fabric
Yarn stage follow up and lab test coordination. Fabric and accessories are tested before bulk cutting.
Production
Pre production, inline and mid inspection against the written TNA, with a written report to you every week.
Final inspection
Pre final and final inspection on the packed goods before they leave the factory.
Shipment
Shipment and after
Shipping and documentation are handled in house by the proprietor: LC checking, BL, certificate of origin and GSP documentation. Claims are handled by us after shipment.

Lead times run from approval of the counter sample. A slip against the written TNA is reported to you in the weekly report, not at the end.
Commercial
Two ways to buy from us.
Pick the track before the first order. It does not change afterwards.
Commission on FOB
- We act as your buying house. The factory invoices you and we are paid a commission on the FOB value. The rate is negotiable and agreed before the first order.
Direct export sale
- We invoice you as the seller and ship the goods ourselves. One contract, one invoice, one party answerable for the shipment.
