Written report to the buyer, from order to shipment.
They are our staff, not inspectors booked for the day and not people paid by the factory being inspected. That is the only arrangement in which an inspection report is worth reading.
Independence

A written time and action plan with a critical path is drawn up for every order, not only for the large ones, and production is measured against it at each inspection.

Plan
A written TNA, and a critical path that is actually followed.
The plan exists before production starts, which is the only point at which a plan is any use.
